MAX, just for the record,not that it is any of my business, but there are legal sales that do not have to go through a FFL. C&R sales, and in most places, FTF sales on a local level do not require an FFL. I would think the disclaimer would be all you would need. Be that as it may, I see a GREAT forum taking shape here. THANKS!!! :)

i dont know about other states but in georgia an ffl isnt required all i need is a bill of sale

I would think it would be sufficient to say "All BATF regulations apply" or something similar. Most people aren't foolish to do an illegal sale online as it is.
