what is the biggest/most powerful handgun?
i know this is the lounge but i didn't really know where to put this.
the reason im asking i just aquired a very large caliber rifle and and i want a very large caliber handgun

Yeah saw that one before. It was a custom chambered T/C in 600 nitro that a smith had made up strictly as a display piece. Some crazed customer actually wanted to fire it.
The most powerful handgun in the world is impossible to define nowadays. In mass produced factory ammunition it's probably the 500 S&W. My personal favorite though is the .45/70, which is available in a few guns.

I am aware of revolver chambered for the 45-70 and similar cartridges.
A massive bronze frame with blued barrel and cylinder. Almost attractive, except I was put off by the sheer size of it. There is a photo of Elmer firing it, in 45-70, it appears to be a handful!

The size is problematic though it makes the gun easy to shoot.
Mine is quite mild, though you will NOT mistake it for a 22.
