Snub nose

I am a huge fan of the stainless guns because of durability and some of my favorite are the snub nose. Here is a 686-4 + and my 629-1 Lew Horton. Both are excellent shooters.

I have several 686 2.5 inch models. Here is a -3 I have that I took some time and polished, I also polished the trigger works in this and this is one of the smoothest guns I have.

Yeah, he has quite a collection, but don't sell your's short. You have some nice ones, too. I wish I knew a little more about Smith's. The whole Smith number system is like Greek to me.

I'm a proud 686-6 owner, adjustable F&R sights, Hogue grips. Matter of fact, I'm waiting on a new S&W 642 in 38SPC 1-7/8" Airweight as a back-up pistol. Although I do not carry the 686 as my primary CW (SIG 226 for that) I still love shooting this gun and its my primary weapon during all hunting and fishing excursions in the backcountry.
