Why Winchester? There are a lot of companies that make quality cast lead bullets out there. Call Jim: 815-796-2904. See if he has the bullet configuration he wants. His bullets are HARD and leave NO LEADING. I'm pleased with them in my loads.
If he asks, let him know that you heard about him from Mike at Dillon. They are the guys who turned me on to them.

In general, reloading supplies have been hard to locate. Some say it is the scrap metal market others say ...
I am not aware of anyone with the bullets you mention but I will keep my eyes open. However, 148 HBWCs are available from several suppliers and I found them to be fairly interchangeable for accuracy purposes.
The 260 grain bullets for the 45 are a bit harder to substitue for. I don't use that style in my revolvers but some of my pals did. When the source of Winchester (and Remington) cup based bullets dries up a couple of them bought gang molds for a flat based 255 RNFP bullet and cast their own. Depending on how much you shoot and how much you want to invest, it might be something to consider.
SInce you already reload, it is the next logical step.
